If you care about children and their families and your role is on the frontline of interacting and influencing them, Educational Leadership Frontline Support is here to support you as you support and serve others. 

Educational: Administrators, classroom teachers, instructional assistants, office staff and facility folks are part of an integral and vital frontline force. This frontline force can positively alter the trajectory of students and plays a vital role in the success of students everywhere. 

Leadership: You do not need a special title to be identified as a “leader”. If you are viewing this page and taking an extra step to serve students and their families, you have just taken on a leadership role. Taking the initiative to “do more” and “improve” are intrinsic moves that designate you as a leader. 

Frontline: If your role is the frontline of interacting with children and their families, you have added a layer to your instructional job.  However, this added complexity of meeting the social and emotional needs of students can effectively engage in their academics. ELFS recognizes the demand of these complexities, therefore we have added additional resources for you to take care of yourself while also caring for others.

It is no secret that roles in education and working with children and their families are demanding.  However, these demands have shifted in recent years and have become even more vital.  Not only are these roles expected to educate and instruct, they have shifted to include para-parenting and social, emotional needs that have become more elevated over the years.

From our hearts to yours, the ELFS team hopes you will find something in this web site that will help transform a doubt into a certainty, a resentment into a forgiveness, a fear into a courage, a hopelessness into a hope, a disrespect into an honor, a helplessness into an empowerment, a cruelty into a compassion, and a hatred into a love.
