Support Staff

Front office, custodial, and facilities staff are vital members of the educational team. They see students and their families out of the confines and constructs of the classroom, and can give valuable insights into students’ lives and learning. They are privey to problems that carry their own levels of stress.  Because of this, they are often referred to as the schools’ secret weapons.
